At Derma, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review the following guidelines for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date (proof of purchase required).

Note: Certain items, such as final sale or personalized products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product listing for specific return eligibility.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at returns@thebrandderma.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Package your item securely and include all original packing materials, tags, and proof of purchase.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Non-Refundable Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at orders@thebrandderma.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at orders@thebrandderma.com within 5 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or provide a full refund.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
